With your ideas and our expertise, we will design your home together. 

We will team up to select the most perfect and eye-catching materials for the interior and exterior of your home. 

Plans are submitted and approved by the ARC (HOA Board)

Final plans and engineering are submitted and approved to the City for permits.

Every Gutman Custom Home is inspected by a certified Home Energy rater and receives a specific HERS score.

Stage 1: Water and sewage

Stage 2: Foundation

Stage 3: Framing, electrical, mechanical, gas and plumbing

Stage 4: Insulation

Stage 5: Putting it all together: masonry, flooring, trim, paint, etc.

Stage 6: Final Inspections
