Approvals & Permits
We ensure that your design is: 1) solid inside and out and 2) is energy efficient.
Plans are submitted and approved by the ARC (HOA Board)
Final plans and engineering are submitted and approved to the City for permits.
Every Gutman Custom Home is inspected by a certified Home Energy rater and receives a specific HERS score.
Construction Begins
Working with trusted and experienced subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build process. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
Our six-stage build process ensures that the final product will be the home of your dreams.
Stage 1: Water and sewage
Stage 2: Foundation
Stage 3: Framing, electrical, mechanical, gas and plumbing
Stage 4: Insulation
Stage 5: Putting it all together: masonry, flooring, trim, paint, etc.
Stage 6: Final Inspections
Post Construction
Post-Construction includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
